At Cudeva Firm, we aim for complete client satisfaction. Because our services are custom digital solutions, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below:
1. Service Fees
- Consultation & discovery fees are non-refundable.
- For development or design projects, partial refunds may be considered only if work has not yet begun.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
- If a client cancels before project kickoff, we refund any payment minus a 20 percent to cover administrative costs.
- After project work has started, refunds are issued at our discretion based on work completed.
3. Project Cancellation by Cudeva Firm
If we must cancel a project for reasons not caused by the client, we will provide a full or pro-rated refund for work not delivered.
4. Digital Products
Any downloadable or delivered digital products are non-refundable once provided.
5. Payment Disputes
Contact us within 7 days of any billing concerns. Chargebacks without prior notice may result in service suspension.
